Shipping 

We offer FREE delivery for all items sent within the British Mainland. We aim to post all times within 24 hours of receiving payment. If you reside outside of the British Mainland and are interested in purchasing a product from our shop, please contact us HERE for shipping costs before you buy.

All cards are sent by Royal Mail 1st Class postage

Gifts are sent either via Royal Mail 2nd Class or via Hermes Parcel Service

As you. may be aware due to the coronavirus pandemic some postage and parcel couriers are suffering delays. We cannot be held responsible for any delay in receiving your order.

 

We would suggest ordering in good time to ensure your order is received in time for the special occasion it is meant for.

Returns

If on the rare occasion your order does not reach you in perfect condition and is damaged or faulty, please contact us asap using the form here to advice us of this. We will do our best to rectify the matter by offering a replacement or refund where possible.

If you receive an item and have changed your mind, returns are accepted providing that the item is unused, undamaged, and is in it's original packaging. Returned items are at the expense of the purchaser. When returning an item to us we would always suggest that you use a tracked service and obtain a receipt for your return. We cannot be held responsible for returns that go missing in the postal system.
